Garden waste subscriptions now open
Residents can now apply to CWAC for the garden waste collection service which is an opt-in chargeable service costing £55 per bin per calendar year. Residents have a choice to use the service or make alternative arrangements such as composting at home or taking their waste to the nearest recycling centre.
The service will provide fortnightly collections between Monday 9 March 2026 and Friday 11 December 2026, check the calendar on the CWAC website for specific details. Garden waste bins will not be emptied without a valid subscription and displayed permit.
