Health and Wellbeing Week

Please find attached details of the events and activities going on in the Northwich area next week for the Libraries Health and Wellbeing Week including Northwich, Sandiway and Barnton libraries.

 

There are a few online-only events that are available to anyone which may be of interest to your partners – info below:

 

  • Drive Safer For Longer

This event is aimed at people age 60 years and over who have an interest in updating their driving skills and knowledge, as well as for those who want help in adapting to a new vehicle or simply want to gain more confidence.

  • Resilience Workshop

This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to develop greater personal resilience to navigate stressful life experiences. Led by a Community Health Champion.

  • Flavours from History – virtual event with Cheshire Archives and Local Studies

A virtual event with Cheshire Archives celebrating historical recipes, cooking techniques, and what we can learn from our ancestors about eating locally and seasonally. Livestreamed to our Facebook page @cwaclibrary

Saturday 29 January, 12pm – No booking required (although people can register interest on the Facebook event).
